We deliver as follows:

• If „direct debit“ or „PayPal“ is selected as method of payment, your order will normally be sent on the next business day (Monday to Friday). The goods are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 business days for orders from Germany. For orders from Belgium, Austria and the Netherlands, please expect a delivery time of approximately 2 to 4 business days.
• Pre-paid orders are sent as soon as payment is received.
• We deliver free to your door¹ – you save on delivery charges.

¹ This applies from an order value of 19 € to Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Austria. Below this order value, a country-specific shipping and handling charges of 4 - to 6 € applies.
