If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with PLATINUM complete dog food, we offer you a 100 % money-back guarantee in the first 100 days after your purchase. The period for the calculation of the guarantee period starts from the date of invoice. The geographic scope of guarantee protection is restricted to the countries Germany, Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands.
In case of a guarantee claim, please solely contact us (PLATINUM GmbH & Co.KG, Am Ockenheimer Graben 23, 55411 Bingen, Germany) by phone: 0800 364 36 63 (Germany, Austria, the Netherlands) or +49 6721 30593-0 (Belgium).
Just ring us and we will collect the open food pouch, bottle or jar and any unopened items free of charge. We will reimburse the full purchase price.
Please notice that we are not able to repay the delivery costs if you are returning the goods by yourself.
For our dental care, we assume that you have been using OralClean+Care regularly on your animal – because optimum effects are only given with a proper treatment:
- OralClean+Care must be sprayed into or applied to the mouth 2 x daily. You can find instructions under dental care and on the label.
- The animal should not eat or drink anything shortly before and at least 10 minutes after the treatment.
Please note, that tooth discoloration can not be removed with OralClean+Care.
This guarantee does not limit your legal rights against us from the concluded purchase contract. Possible existing statutory warranty rights against us are unaffected from this guarantee promise. Therefore, this guarantee does not violate your statutory rights, but rather extends your legal status. If the purchased item is deficient, you can contact us within the scope of the statutory warranty in any case, regardless of whether a guarantee claim exists or the guarantee is used.
